1. Agreement to Terms

Miss Becky's Inc provides professional janitorial and cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Commercial cleaning
• Residential cleaning

• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialized cleaning services
• Sanitization services

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For recurring services under contract, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Liability and Insurance

Miss Becky's Inc is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance to protect against accidental damage during our services.

Damage Claims: Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims and work to resolve them fairly.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the repair/replacement cost of damaged items, whichever is less. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value unless previously disclosed.

6. Access and Security

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes:

• Securing pets during cleaning visits
• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Providing access via key, code, or being present
• Notifying us of any hazards or special considerations

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. See our Refund Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Miss Becky's Inc and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
