30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the service date. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:
Eligibility for Full Refund
- Request must be made within 30 days of service completion
- Issue must be related to service quality or failure to complete agreed-upon tasks
- You must allow us an opportunity to re-clean or rectify the issue first
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Within 24 Hours for Re-Clean: If you notice any issues immediately after service, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas or concerns at no additional cost.
- Document the Issue: If problems persist, please document the areas of concern with photographs and a written description.
- Submit Your Request: Send your refund request to beckymerritt@missbeckyinc.com or call (717) 215-1667. Include your name, service date, service address, and detailed description of the issue.
- Review Process: We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our determination.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original card within 5-10 business days.
- Check Payments: A refund check will be mailed within 10 business days.
- Cash Payments: Refund will be issued via check within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued when:
- Only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory
- Circumstances beyond our control affected service quality (must be documented)
- The request is made after the 24-hour re-clean window but within 30 days
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Request made more than 30 days after service
- Issues caused by pre-existing conditions not related to our cleaning
- Changes or damage occurring after service completion
- Failure to provide accurate information about the property or cleaning needs
- Refusal to allow re-cleaning when offered
Contract Services
For recurring service contracts, refund terms may vary based on the specific contract agreement. Please refer to your service contract for details, or contact us for clarification.
